Set course for 2015: the year's real traffic, ready to replay.

This database gathers real flights of 2015: import it into the RFD (Random Flight Database) software and plan your flights as in real life, from domestic hops to long-haul routes with stops.

Your purchase is linked to your customer account. Log in to the main site (randomflightdatabase.fr) with your shop login: this database then becomes available and selectable in the RFD Web generator, with no file transfer needed.

And inside? 758,608 unique flights, 401 airlines and 162 aircraft: enough to feed many simulator sessions. Each flight lists the airline, the departure and arrival airports (ICAO codes), the aircraft, the departure time, the flight number and the days of operation.

Setup

  1. create a “BaseUserRFD” folder in your Documents if needed (mind the capital letters);
  2. drop the .db file into it;
  3. open RFD and select the user database.

For you, if planning the flight is already part of the trip: RFD users and virtual pilots (MSFS, X-Plane, Prepar3D) who love flights that really existed.

Import it once and it stays in RFD: all that's left is to pick your first flight.
